Amen. Thank you for stating the obvious. It doesn't matter one bit what any of us retail shareholders vote on ANY of these proposals.. If the inside shareholders want it to pass, it will pass. Period.

I don't think the larger shareholders will support adding shares for compensation, so don't think that your vote won't count. Whether you have 1 share of 10M shares, vote in the manner that supports your belief. As of now, my large chunk of shares will be voted NO without any significant results before the vote.
