There was always room for disappointment but everything was as expected.

Dilution will come from the warrants, not the convertible notes IMO. Still targeting 1 billion O/S. There is no need to raise the A/S now I think.

They are running a tight ship with some smaller near term loans. No dilution here.

SHMP has twice the market cap and zero revenues.

Let's see what happens with the share price.
