What's the verdict? Stalemate for Q2?
Revenues grew as expected but so did share count. Need to be Rain Man to keep track of all the conversion and preferreds and different classes of common shares.
Please tell me there is no way to breach 1B A/S count. Also, no mention of the UK.
Even back in SIAF's hey day as far as dilution, I don't think dilution shares took up more than 25% of the daily trading volume.
"The number of shares outstanding of the registrant’s common stock as of August 27, 2020 was 598,982,574 which does not include 400,267,426 shares of common stock reserved against default on convertible debt and 750,000 shares for vesting of executive shares."
