Hmmmm, as a creditor I either get .08 on the $1 of debt I hold, or else I lend again as much and get stock at a specific exchange rate for ALL debt, which at the time of award shall equal the total debt I hold, both old and new, with the chance for those shares to grow in value. Hmmmmmmm. Got a successful, aggressive fund running the show now (not those UNbusinesslike scientists), got ZERO DEBT, got new patents allowed all over the world, got Phase II beginning immediately, going to Phase III shortly. OR, yeah, I'll just take .08 on the dollar and call it quits.

This is the choice of the debtors.

So let's say the number of shares doubles (to 3B). Worst case. AND THE COMPANY HAS $0,000.00 DEBT !!!) So instead of .50, we only go to .25. BooHoo. Or worse case there's a 1 for 10 R/S to go to the NASDAQ, and we begin there with 300M shares (@2.50/share), which price goes to $10 within the month. Again, BooHoo.

Anyone turned off by any of these scenarios? WELL, THESE ARE EXACTLY THE SCENARIOS BEING PRESENTED AS BEING TERRIBLE! and HOW CAN ANYONE EVEN THINK THEY WILL MAKE $$$ IN THIS COMPANY!!

SO....WORST CASE....price now at .024, goes to .25 (10X), then the equivalent of $1.00 (40X). (whether split or not). My question is...How can anyone NOT think of putting all they can into this?
