I am. Once again, the "OR" is for those same creditors, who are given a partial recovery and who were almost screwed out of their loan when the company filed for bankruptcy, to loan this company even more of their money.

It is the creditors' decision.

Ever hear the phrase "fool me once?"

How about "throwing good money after bad."

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
