Seriously?
Today, those creditors would get $2 for every $1 of debt and without sinking any more of their money into the pit. Price won't hold, of course, because either the O/S will nearly double or the RS will happen and the price will fall afterwards.
Nothing has changed for this company and its tech. It is the same tech they've failed to get funding for the phase 2 trial for the last 3 years. It will be the same if this "plan" gets confirmed, they'll have a bloated O/S (or a RS), may have a year's worth of "operating costs" (ie - salaries for the half dozen or so who work there), but will right back looking for trial funding again.
This notion that, somehow, the companies and venture capitalists who are in the business of funding worthwhile research and trials have somehow overlooked a multi-billion dollar valuation of this company and its tech is just ridiculous. If this company had such value, they'd have gotten their funding and surely wouldn't have gone bankrupt.
