Marjac, I don't understand how successfully completed trials haven't earned their own separate spot among weighted Graham Factors? We've often heard the defense, if it was so obvious, why didn't anyone address the unmet need before Amarin? Trials are single-handedly the greatest risk factor for Pharma's to undertake. When a Generic is awarded patent invalidity just four years after a successfully conducted Marine trial, the courts have announced, that it's ok for others to conduct the trial and all the risk with it, so those like Generics can steal the fruits of that endeavor. That's a huge line item, and the Graham Factors ignore the big elephant in the room, "the trial(s)"
