I can still remember seeing SIRI at a nickel and Booking Holdings (then Priceline) trading at a quarter. Look at those stocks now. So it happens that companies can comeback. With penny stocks it’s usually a way for insiders to try to make a quick buck. There is no real, lasting value in BLUU.
