My suspicion is that is likely the case. That said, it does sound like there could be money to be made here short-term based on speculation. You can say that about any stock though.

I agree there is no lasting value. There MIGHT be with the new owners (after the next sale) but that is a total crap shoot. Make your money on the cleanup news.
