Ex, the point is not about patient selection bias whether positive or negative but to back that up with proper references which she clearly didn't. She is a guest columnist and not an investigator like Dr Bookcvar who may have inherent bias, if she is to present an unbiased overview of current approach to GBM. Granted no one has all the ins and outs and the information overload one has to contend with but at least try to be accurate.
