That thought is rather disheartening and depressing. Before the Du Debacle, JT's guidance was that for this year we would not quite break even. That seemed bad enough. We still don't even have a good idea how much those 800 sales reps are worth. Now we are spending billions on DTC and with the current situation we are in with this virus, how are we supposed to know the effectiveness of the DTC campaign?
