EDIT: I had a somewhat different takeaway. But I also have a harder time with the English language, and neither poster you mention is disagreeing with you atm.

In my view, once an insurance company asks a pharmacist to swap out V for GV, and especially as a precondition to reimbursement, and the insurance company knows of the patents, for a patient falling squarely within R-I, and insurance knows that's the indication (possibly recorded during a "peer review" interaction with patient's provider)... I see that would be worth shopping around to attorneys for next steps. And I don't recall cardio or anyone else giving legal grounds disproving the above.
