Beach....this is a publicly traded Co....all risks need to be assessed by shareholders doing their own DD.

Blame for this debacle can be placed on Mngt to The courts....everybody knows the risk in litigation..

Each individual shareholder has to take responsibility for buying, holding, selling this stock....anybody who buys stock has to address the risks..regardless of all the outside forces no one else can take responsibility for the AMRN investment but each one individually.
