My apologies for not commenting.

I have been out of sorts for the last week or so.

My mother died yesterday afternoon in my home after an extended illness and 10 days before her 86th birthday. I have been deluged with friends and relatives.

I am OK and feel relieved in a way since God has taken away her pain.
