That is why I question the building of 3-500K houses on the golf course property! Didn't seem to me, in my research, like that was realistic with land and home values in the area. Being a contractor for 30+ years I have some experience there and that part of the plan didn't make sense to me! Please report what you find of the golf course and surrounding property. Can that area support 200-500k homes?
