the real estate market can change in any area at any time. shoot, I live in Grand Junction, CO and never thought I would see million dollar homes here. About 5 years ago a very nice golf course was constructed (Redlands Country Club) and now there are million dollar homes everywhere.

Yes, there are some nice homes in the area. I have relatives that have built some. Successful farmers retire to new homes in the neighborhood, and the area around the country club looks good in that respect. But one needs to realize that in this environment, things can go to shit in a hurry. As I said before, I'll drive out there this weekend and see what's up, and report back. I think that if they treat the CC well, they'll be able to develop the property around it just fine. But I still need to look for myself.

Really good Highway connects them with expectations of expansion from Little Rock into the suburbs the next few years as every large city is doing with the prosperous ...

There are already some really nice high end homes & upper class incomes in the area ...
