Dude, I LIVE in Pine Bluff. I was born here. I know how it is here, not to say that no money can be made here. But things are different here from the way they are in most places. I'll check out Rosswood this weekend, and let you know how it looks. I'm long the stock, but I also know what I'm dealing with, OK? The place--our whole town--is a shithole. Real estate here is very, very cheap. At the risk of sounding racist, you find me a place in the U.S. that's 85% black where real estate is increasing in value. Don't fuss at me, just find me some stats to prove me wrong. Our company bought some distressed property, OK? I hope we can turn it around.
