Well, I don't do milk. But I'd never buy "light" mayo or sour cream, or fake butter.

By the way, at Whole Foods recently, I noticed they had beef tallow in the "fats" section. I know it makes for tasty fries, but it was in a pretty small container: two cups at most; maybe less. So I have no idea what people are supposed to use it for.
