Roag, this is what they said on the PR:

We are striving to reach agreement with these creditors and repay these convertible notes in cash by the end of April 2020

English is not my first language, but, I think this means that they are making an effort to reach the agreement to pay the notes by the end of April, but, to be honest, this is not the same like to say "we will pay the notes by the end of April".

Please correct me if I am wrong.
