Couldn’t be further from the truth. This is a legit reverse merger. Lazar makes his money by selling shells for reverse mergers. The pps doesn’t matter to Lazar. He has no motivation to “pump” price and he certainly doesn’t “dump.” He purchases vacated shells, brings them current and to the market. Who do you believe purchased the shell?
