Lazar dropped a name over to OTC Markets so that this could be pumped. That's it. The "mystery man's" name was dropped to fuel speculation that the bagholders of this dead, empty company were going to be gifted with some mega-billion dollar enterprise. It is the same fairy tale told over and over in stinky pink land to run pump and dumps. It isn't real, because legitimate companies with revenue, profit, assets, cash aren't stupid enough to hand over the ownership to a bunch of bagholders who never invested a red cent in their business.

This is a pump and dump. It's that simple.
