Lazar's "plays" are pump and dumps. He does typically exit to escape culpability, but I've looked over his "board" and every ticker I pulled the chart on were pump and dump scams.
These stinky pink pump and dumps use the same RM playbook. The fairy tale is always that some company wants to give away their ownership to bagholders of a dead, empty shell company and enrich them. The companies used in the pump are either not real or are nearly dead, or, like in this case, a smokescreen is tossed up with a CEO's name that can be tied to some huge company, and the stock sale begins.
This is a pump and dump scam.
