Hate to answer a question with a question but I doing this because I do not know the answer, more specifically, I don't know how it works in other countries.

Europe / Canada: is Marine patent irrelevant because they're going / went for RI indication only?

China: If E in China is going for a Marine label, is there a Marine patent in China? If they are going for RI label, then is the Marine patent irrelevant?

I don't know if other countries have skinny labels, generics, etc.
