I would assume that a direct challenge to a Judges competence receives serious attention and due process is being followed to a tee in a situation where that happens. The other case sited here is a more run of the mill request for review where there is new information to weigh - In DBMM's case there is no new information but rather a challenge to the Judges competence. I'd say the delay inst about anything in regards DBMM or the case but rather and internal audit of the processes followed to get to the judgment. once they make sure all due process was followed properly by the judge .... the hammer will fall ( directly on the person who posed the challenge - i bet once the verdict in DBMM's favor hit the language will be sharp)
