It's not spam being as it represents the opinion of one individual and probably many more.

As a moderator I look for posts that offer perspective, opinions and---especially---meaningful information. It's not for me to rule out pie-in-the-sky fantasies on the grounds that it's not necessarily my personal inclination. Too, often people will promote stocks in the hopes of encouraging others to rethink their attitudes towards particular stock picks in question. Whether I like that practice or not is between me and myself. I can't let my stance blur boundaries resulting in infringing on the rights of others. In some ways this is similar to tolerance for different religions, isn't it?
