Well then, you must expect failure in Anavex’s 2b/3 Alzheimer’s trial because everyone taking A2-73 in the trial is on the “small” concentration. The 2a trial doses were 10,20,30,40 and 50 mgs daily. The 2b/3 doses are only 10 or 20 mgs. Why would they run a trial that excludes the only doses that were effective?




but no other trial has shown such positive results. That 2 patients even show an improvement is completely unheard of in Alzheimer's.






Where did you get that information? Can you provide me the link? Can you name the person who told you that information?

Have a look at the following table and tell me how many patients who were NOT taking A2-73 should remain unchanged or actually improve their MMSE score after 3 years.
