I don't quite understand this negative spin of the last peer review paper.

In December we got a comparison of 2-73 with the database from ADNI.
Here we saw that 8 patients with high concentration 2-73 out of 21, probably similar to those patients in groups 1 and 2 (N = 2 + 6) from the last peer review.
These performed extremely much better than placebo and whatever else is on the market.
High concentration of 2-73 results in greater effect and small concentration causes little or no effect!
Isn't that what we want to see ??

I also understand that there are variants relative to the genes and more and that there are only 21 patients in the trial, but no other trial has shown such positive results. That 2 patients even show an improvement is completely unheard of in Alzheimer's.
