You raise some questions that represent your concerns.

Over the past week or so, a couple of posters have been especially active stroking concerns such as yours regarding expected dilution. IHUB has seen fit to eliminate many of these posts as they don't often connect to our subject of focus---Avita.

Speaking only for myself, I tune out most of what these two say in their depictions of various "uh-oh!" issues. I run my own ship, first, last and always. If I can't operate and manage my own financial interests, then I'm unfit for my continuing work as a portfolio manager.

Let me suggest you tune out, too. You've been a shareholder for seven years? Celebrate that! Do these naysayers get credit for your success? I expect that's not the case. So why would you now be concerned? Was dilution your fear throughout those seven years? I doubt it.

Thinking independently as well as making decisions independently and following through by taking action INDEPENDENTLY---this is the seed of successful investing.

I've increased my portfolio net asset value by 35% over the course of this month. That's not to suggest my net asset value is where it was at the high of the year. But it doesn't have to be, either! I'm happy as a lark, accomplishing all I deem important---fantastic wife, home campus, and as tdeck likes to say---I sleep very well at night.

As for where I'm seeing Avita going? I'm expecting to be a buyer today. It won't be a lot of shares but probably my first buy will be for 500 shares. I'm not looking so much at sales inasmuch as Covid-19 is clearly the prevailing disruptive force in abundance at this time. Whether we get back to a fully open America or not---this year or next, for that matter---I continue to see great reason to put plenty of store in Avita ownership. I don't need anybody to reassure me that "It's OK!" Nor will I listen to darkly dire predictions coming from idiotic fools claiming to know more than others. I don't know everything but I sure as Hell know all I need to know for me.

For the record: I am a millionaire more than once over---and---the stock market over the past several years was the reigning force enabling me to prosper as I have. I'll be damned if I'm going to start throwing my own gut & instinct responses aside just to listen and heed advice coming from complete fools without much of a pot to piss in.

That's my rant for the day. I truly hope I move you to carefully assess your own personal achievements over the past seven years and stand tall with deserved pride. I respect you hugely for having stood in your own shoes without abandoning your own shoes that got you to where you are now.

As for dilution? If the RCEL share structure drops to a mere 20,000,000 shares---what has you thinking there won't be any forthcoming (forward) splits coming our way? Twenty million shares is not enough to permit meaningful scale so I fully expect at least one split ahead. And I want to be on the receiving end, laughing all the way as I enjoy Christmas throughout the year. With a number of irons in the fire, our past successes tell me there's much more to come our way. As people wake up to that reality, clamoring for shares will drive the share price higher while forward splits will enable broader ownership.

Cheers!
