I have this nagging fear of dilution soon after the move to the US when total float is reduced to approx +- 20 million shares. That seems like a low float at a high multiple that could restrict/constrain liquidity (especially on management compensation shares?).
More of a question than a thesis if anyone could help me think through this.
(tdeck. jugs, melody, J Samuel, others with a better understanding)?
I have been a long term holder since 2013 and remain VERY optimistic on the product and it's potentials. Only fear management and dilution.
