Raf. we can wait another month ....we will have a lot of data by then .

I can make the argument for selected jobs restarting .....construction for instance . Half the time you are wearing masks and gloves anyway ....just mandate it to work on sites .
Construction is a huge employer

A neighbor is almost finished a million $ project ....roof on , sheet rock up inside etc . ...everything now stopped ...except his loan payment maybe .
From this pt on he can schedule individual trades separately ...all usually wearing masks anyway ....sanding all the sheet rock finish coat ...spray and back roll the paint ...etc etc
