When Bob discussed Military opportunities during Q3,2019 call And during investor presentations And during Q4 call in late March......Was he lying? Was he intentionally misleading? Sorta seems that way since nothing big has been announced.

....further, at this point almost 6 months of 2020 are nailed down from a shipment and planned shipment perspective. And given order intake and backlog and ..... why can’t this CEOOh grow a set of stones and provide full year guidance?
