Scoring The Appellate Judges Panel:

This past weekend I did a deep dive into the 12 potential Judges that will makeup the 3 Judge Panel for our bench appeal case. I scored each Judge according to the following four criteria:

1. How inclined they would be to come down on strict procedures (Proceduralists)
2. Professional Career: ie., some may have private background in science or technology as well as judicial experience etc.
3. Law School (political makeup & influence)
4. Who appointed them to the bench
