They had the camera at the National Championship game this year and it worked out just fine.

We certainly 'have' the patents. I've read through them. I don't know enough about the tech to know if something else would infringe, but either way.... the judgment is there.

Could there be a bigger case in the future against espn and others? Not sure. At some point it would probably be better to settle and pay a few million than to go through all that.
