Hogwash. There are companies coming off greys without proper filings. The precedents have already been set IMHO>. Which would you rather have, a company that has learned to go by the book with harsh penalties if there is a relapse, or, companies that already hide behind technicality rules, do not report filings, and are returned to pink.
