I feel for you.

I’ve said right along. The SEC can’t allow DBMM to get away with not filing for almost 3 YEARS, and get absolutely no sanction for it.

Foelak’s decision was ludicrous. She gave them no sanction because in her OPINION, there was no sanction that matched up with their transgressions.

That was total BS! 99% of companies that failed to file for that long a period had their stock REVOKED!

This is taking so long because the SEC is deciding how exactly to sanction DBMM. If they DON’T sanction DBMM, it’ll give every company the green light to file any time they want to! Because when the SEC Sanctions companies that do the same thing, they can point to DBMM getting away with it.

No. The SEC WILL sanction DBMM. They are just taking their time to decide HOW to do it.
