This is unique to this particularly incompetent so-called President. The trade war was already damaging what was a strongly recovering economy. The coronavirus response was uniquely pathetic, and it was allowed to get out of hand. The US has abdicated any sort of world leadership role in virus prevention, and domestically, people still do not realize how bad this is going to be....Americans broadly are stupid, ignorant and weak.
