The virus would have happened no matter who was president. Wasnt my choice either, but this is worldwide, not national. A lot of people didnt vote for the other candidate because of misogyny and other related reasons. Some are regretting that decision now. To what extent there would be a difference, we will never know.

There is, however, a small part of me that wonders if the Chinese have done this purposefully as a reaction to the tariffs. Most scientific reports seem to deny this. But I still wonder.
