dm, maybe I read the form incorrectly, but in JT instance, he received a little over 13,000 shares, selling roughly 5,300 for taxes and keeping the rest. He got screwed when looking at only that transaction. Pays about $70,000 in taxes for shares worth what...about $35,000 now.
