If app. judges agree with her that vascepa prior art (Mori) made it so obvious then we don't give secondary consid. weight--even though must look at them together with primary cons. So yes, even though she made 2 mistakes--not evaluating sec. cons. together with primary cons (prior art) and she incorrectly negated one sec. cons. by another---all that doesn't matter IF (big If0 when app.ct. adjudicates case correctly analyzing primary and sec together ,they found primary consid soooo strong then they will ignore sec. and game over.
