Judge did a run around of sec. by wrongly negated each cons. and finding case law that states a strong primary showing of obvious knocks ot secondary consid.

But at the end of the day, the USPTO and Judge Du both found a few secondary considerations in favor of AMRN.

1) So it seems to me, why wouldn't the Appeals Judges find the same considerations in favor of AMRN?

2) What is the significance of this case law that she cited? I thought the whole point is that she made a procedural error. Does the case law she cited, allow her to make that procedural error?
