Why would the FTC drop the case?

The whole POINT of this case was to delay the entry of Insultex House Wrap into the marketplace

Under that very likely premise, they will hang on as long as they can, well into May

That means they will have delayed the success of this company over 3-1/2 years

If they get away without having to pay IVDN legal fees, compensatory damages and punitive damages, that's even better for them!!

If you are right, I will take it, but we are over 3 weeks from IVDN filing their 52C motion.

FTC will cling to the bitter end unless the judge threatens them with prejudice and large dollar fees and damages

I doubt that will happen

As for the rest of your post we have been over and over this ad nauseum

You believe that the IVDN patents are worth nothing, and the rest of us believe they are worth many millions of dollars

Only time will show who is right
