I wouldn't be surprised if the FTC drops its case. If there's reason to believe that IVDN would be successful in a 52(c) motion then it's just a waste of everyone's time for the FTC to delay the inevitable.

If the FTC's only witness' testimony has already been disallowed (and that's my interpretation of what's happened so far), then there's really no point to the FTC staying in this fight.

So I'll place a $2 bet on the FTC dropping the case within 2 weeks. Any takers? :)

I still believe that the end of the lawsuit is likely to have no effect at all on the IVDN share price. Did anyone else notice in the company's last quarterly report that they've stopped selling cold weather apparel?

If IVDN has stopped selling house wrap as a result of the FTC lawsuit, and they've stopped selling cold weather apparel, what revenue sources are left?

The more I look at this company, the more I believe that we're all holding shares of a company that is circling the drain.
