Hi Guys,

Unfortunate for us all if it is true about the delay in filings.
And sad to say what did if anything the new additional directors help in any way. Except increase cost and add to stock share dilution.

NGWF will be required under law to issue an SEC filings noted as NT 4K.

Sadly for us all.
