It is inexcusable for NGW to miss filing quarterlies on a timely basis. Absolutely the epitome of bush-league. If the company is changing the date when quarterlies are being filed, there should be a PRESS RELEASE stating such.

These guys can't get out of their own way. Absolutely inexcusable. Amateurish. And then to handle it as an aside, not even publicly acknowledging the change. So, so disappointed in their lack of professionalism.
