Nothing on the fka UOIP board is fact based - just the same pinkyland wishful thinking.

I doubt there is going to be a settlement - and as I have stated - UOIP shareholders don't have a pathway to part of the settlement - they still owe Chanbond $5 million - all Carter has to do is not pay Chanbond - then the deal is dead - isn't the $5 million due by October 2020.

It is amusing that shareholders have to beg Carter to throw them a bone and a patent troll is all about screwing over others for personal enrichment - Carter doesn't care about shareholders.

When was the last time Carter provided shareholders with a update - has Carter ever provided the details of what shareholders will receive if there is a settlement?

Why didn't Carter cure the delinquencies and prevent the company from being suspended - I saw lunacy that he was too busy. SMH!

Hell, Carter could have filed a Form 15 and prevented the suspension and revocation - that would have been better than the suspension.

Carter wasn't filing any financial information so why not file a Form 15 and officially go dark.

Ignoring the facts won't make them do away.
