Agree 100%. Thought same thing.

Something must be PUNITIVE to make ChanBond whole.

If they do not settle and go to trial, around or about $1.06 has got to be the "Value of patent(s)" per infringing subscriber to be paid by each MSO.


Two issues still in question however (among others):

1) Will 1 guilty verdict indemnify Comcast (or others)?

2) Will 1 (or more) guilty verdicts qualify the ChanBond patents as SEP if EVER deployed or in-service for the "Proper type" of infringing cable modem?


Anyway, something else to consider.
