If you only had one little inkling of what the original post said you could be dangerous. I was not talking about JL I was talking about MSX just read the post!!!!! If you knew the Barrick JL story you would understand what JL was saying. So surprising that in your words JL has NEVER WON a court case so that must mean that Barrick has won all yet they have not mined one ounce of gold, silver or copper. Ya things will be getting very exciting once your beloved Barrick will announce mining plans in Chile and they have re-purchased all of the equipment to go mining in Chile.
