And that has just WHAT to do with JL having clean unencumbered title and being able to mine it "anytime he wants"? JL was not even a party to the BCSC "case".....you do know that...right?

BTW....didn't I just read in a recent JL post in which he said Barrick recently "stole" the title from him? AMAZING how this could happen to a "clean and unencumbered title"?.....no?

BTW....are you forgetting that JL never won even ONE court case in Chile? Multiple times the courts....including the Supreme court....came out and said not only was JL not the owner....but had NOTHING to do with C 1912-2001. Still waiting on the "game changer" that has supposed to happen for about 10 years now....I am sure things are "about to get exciting".....right? LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
