JM: i'm also on high deductible with CVS Caremark and am seeing the same #'s. i did find a local pharmacy through my Dr that dropped the monthly cost to 212 or so.

the way the HSA plans, at least through cigna, are set up is to have you pay full retail until your deductible is gone, then roll it over to a covered prescription. i think Cigna has it as a Tier 2 drug, FWIW. so maybe i'll see what the covered cost is some time later this year.

i might shift out of the HSA plan just due to this issue.
