I am on a high deductible plan and my employer uses CVS Caremark for prescription drug plan, part of the Indiana Aggregate Prescription Purchasing Program (IAPPP).

I looked up Vascepa on the CVS Caremark website.

1g Capsule
1 month - $324.10
3 months - $899.61

0.5g Capsule
1 month - $379.12
3 months - $1052.52

This is 100% of the cost and it states plan covers 0%. I'm not sure what the costs would be if coupon was supplied to pharmacy.

Hopefully these costs will come down over time as I don't think many people are able to afford these prices.
